The 14-day guarantee

If you buy the guide, read it, and find it wasn’t for you, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund the full $49.95. We won’t ask for an explanation.

How to ask for it

• Write to Pending: support email from the email address you used to buy.
• Include your order number if you have it at hand. If you don’t, the email address is enough.
• That’s it. No form, no questions.

When the money arrives

We process the refund within 5 business days of your email. It goes back to the same payment method you used, through Pending: sales platform. Depending on your bank or card, it may take a few more days to show up in your account.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to the rights the law gives you as a consumer. It doesn’t limit them.
